La Brioche Hamra






Here's the story of a small pastry shop in Hamra that opened it's door in the 1950's. The place didn't change from back then. The decoration, the walls, the tables even the cakes and croissants look oldish. But one thing I can tell, they have the best croissant aux amandes + hot chocolate in town.

  1. Merci pour cette BD. La brioche a fermé malheureusement en 2013 je crois. Mais les descendants d'Alfred Knechle ont ouvert une patisserie "La brioche" en Suisse.
